DAY PM has a number of on-going schemes that require a similar level of technical requirement and hands-on approach from our team. This is a service we are proud to be able to offer in support of a number of NHS Trusts across the North-East. As our team grows we will be able to offer unparalleled understanding and dedication to schemes such as this one.

Client’s requirements

• £7m investment to create a new factory unit and Pre-School Nursery on council land to provide employment opportunities as part of a wider borough regeneration scheme.​
• Both schemes involved working with Rossendale Council’s development partner, Barnfield Construction, to develop a design and funding model to allow a scheme to be constructed to the tenant’s requirements.​
• DAY PM provided PM services on both schemes and acted as a liaison between the Council, the Developer and both tenants to ensure the buildings achieved the required function and specification. ​
• We co-ordinated all design activities including full stakeholder liaison and sign-off at all stages.

Our Contribution

• Working direct for Northern Care Alliance to deliver a scheme inside the mandatory programme dates.​
• Managing the external Groundworks contractor and the Modular build company​
• Proactively managing the design team and liaising closely with the clinical team and stakeholders​
• Key control mechanisms are put in place for this project such as Change Control Forms, Request for Information, Monthly Reporting, and regular site visits.​
