Mark has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry in various roles such as Employer Agent and Project Manager. He has joined DAY PM to develop our Project Management team in the Education, Commercial, Leisure, Retail and Residential sectors. Mark has experience of complex projects and programmes featuring multiple phases, sites and stakeholders and in-depth experience of leading multidiscipline teams. He works closely with stakeholders to fully understand their needs, developing strong working relationships to deliver successful outcomes. Within Mark’s experience he has delivered projects with various procurement methods including traditional Design and Build, and PFI schemes and Contract Administrator using JCT Contracts. 

  He has experience of leading and delivering both large scale and specialist projects and his personal skills mean that he is able to build strong and effective relationships with clients, consultants and contractors. He has worked within the public and private sectors and understands the relationships between multiple parties having worked for various consultancies and client side to support members of a project team. Mark is driven and has passion for professional and career development and will drive this initiative for the DAY PM Team with the CIOB & APM.
