Harry previously worked for the NHS supporting the delivery of three major schemes across Greater Manchester, which has led to most of his background being based in healthcare related construction projects. Drawing on his experience delivering NHS projects, Harry has excellent knowledge of the intricacies involved in the delivery of healthcare programmes and the time management skills and attention to detail required to successfully deliver these projects.  

Harry is a well-motivated, positive, and professional member of the DAY PM team with a track record of providing exceptional project support to multiple high value schemes across the North West. He understands the complexities and sensitivities of working with stakeholders in healthcare environments and can balance their needs with the goals required to deliver a successful programme. 

Projects: 

  • Greater Manchester Major Trauma Hospital – A £67Million development at Salford Royal Hospital to provide innovative trauma care in a six-storey building 
  • Hulton Building (Oldham Phase 4A) – A £29Million development to increase bed capacity and provide a state-of-the-art theatre for emergency and colorectal surgery at Royal Oldham Hospital 
  • Theatres 12 & 14 & its Enabling Works projects – Trafford General Hospital, Manchester University Foundation Trust 
  • Clinical disaggregation of Northern Care Alliance / Manchester University Foundation Trust services at North Manchester General Hospital – A complex programme requiring strict due diligence processes arising from the formal dissolution of Pennine Acute Hospital Trust to ensure safe continuity of care for affected patients
