Client’s requirements
DAY PM have been involved in the development of Futures park alongside Rossendale Borough Council.
Providing Project Management for the delivery of various schemes across Futures Business Park to support the local community and provide new business opportunities.
Plot 1 is a new Nursery, on behalf of Bright Futures Nursery, with Plot 5 being a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for Orthoplastics Ltd.
Our Contribution
Liaised closely with all key stakeholders, project team, construction team and end user provide a business park that blends in and supports the surrounding areas.
Proactively managing the directly appointed design team to ensure programme is met along with agreed end completion dates.
Cost control of the project including the preparation of the site, significant enabling works package, protection of the existing river from contamination during the works.
Key control mechanisms are put in place for this project such as Change Control Forms, Request for Information, Monthly Reporting and regular site visits.
Preparing Risk Assessments and managing them as the scheme progresses.
Managing & Control of Costs, Timescales, Quality, Scope, Risk & Lessons Learnt.
Co ordination of the junction and formation of a new access road to the site in keeping with the existing site.
Providing support to Bright Futures Nursery through the fit out phase of the works
